Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Visora platform and services ("Service") operated by Visora ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Visora is an AI visibility and reputation management platform for local businesses. The Service includes AI-powered audit reports, fix-plan recommendations, Google Business Profile management, automated review-request emails, directory synchronisation, and AI-generated content drafts.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@visoraco.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or business information.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its outputs.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, including the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these restrictions without prior notice.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Free tier — available without charge; limited to one audit and a basic fix-plan summary.
- Autopilot (monthly subscription) — billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
- Lifetime plan — a one-time payment granting perpetual access to the features available at the time of purchase. Future feature additions may require a separate plan.
All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and subject to Stripe's terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. AI-Generated Content
Visora uses third-party AI models (including OpenAI and Google Gemini) to generate audit insights, reply drafts, social posts, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
6. Google Business Profile Integration
By connecting your Google account, you authorise Visora to read and write data to your Google Business Profile on your behalf, including publishing posts, responding to reviews, and monitoring listing changes. You may revoke this authorisation at any time via your Google Account settings. We act as your data processor for this purpose and comply with Google's API Terms of Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Visora platform, branding, and proprietary algorithms remain with Visora. You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant Visora a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit scores accurately reflect your standing on any third-party platform. AI visibility rankings on platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and others are determined solely by those platforms and may change without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Visora's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to Visora in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visora and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR. We will first attempt to resolve disputes informally — please contact us at info@visoraco.com before initiating formal proceedings.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. 資格及帳戶
您須年滿 18 歲，並有權代表您所註冊的商業實體行事。您有責任保管帳戶憑證的機密性，並對帳戶下的所有活動負責。若懷疑帳戶遭未經授權存取，請立即通知我們：info@visoraco.com。
3. 可接受使用
您同意不會：
- 使用本服務發布虛假、具誤導性或欺詐性的評論或商業資料。
- 嘗試逆向工程、抓取或轉售本服務或其輸出內容。
- 以違反適用法律的方式使用本服務，包括《商品說明條例》（第362章）及《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）。
- 干擾或破壞本服務的完整性或性能。
我們保留在不事先通知的情況下暫停或終止違反上述限制的帳戶的權利。
4. 訂閱及付款
- 免費版 — 免費提供，限一次審計及基本修復計劃摘要。
- Autopilot（每月訂閱） — 預先按月計費。您可隨時取消；存取權將持續至當前計費期結束。不就部分月份退款。
- Lifetime 計劃 — 一次性付款，獲得購買時可用功能的永久存取權。未來新增功能可能需要另行購買計劃。
除非另有說明，所有價格以港元（HKD）計算。付款由 Stripe, Inc. 處理，並受 Stripe 條款約束。我們保留在提前 30 天通知現有訂閱者的情況下更改定價的權利。
5. AI 生成內容
Visora 使用第三方 AI 模型（包括 OpenAI 及 Google Gemini）生成審計見解、回覆草稿、社交貼文及建議。AI 生成內容僅供參考起點，您須自行負責在發布前審閱、編輯及批准所有內容。我們不保證 AI 生成內容的準確性、完整性或對您具體情況的適用性。
6. Google 商家檔案整合
連接 Google 帳戶即表示您授權 Visora 代表您讀取及寫入 Google 商家檔案資料，包括發布帖子、回覆評論及監控商家資料變更。您可隨時透過 Google 帳戶設定撤銷此授權。我們在此目的下擔任您的資料處理者，並遵守 Google 的 API 服務條款。
7. 知識產權
Visora 平台、品牌及專有算法的所有權利歸 Visora 所有。您保留對您的商業資料及內容的所有權。您授予 Visora 有限的、非專屬的授權，僅用於處理您的資料以提供本服務。
8. 免責聲明
本服務按「現狀」及「現有狀況」提供，不附帶任何明示或暗示的保證。我們不保證本服務不中斷、無錯誤，亦不保證審計評分準確反映您在任何第三方平台上的狀況。ChatGPT、Google AI Overviews 等平台上的 AI 能見度排名完全由該等平台決定，可能隨時變動而不另行通知。
9. 責任限制
在香港法律允許的最大範圍內，Visora 就任何因本服務引起或與之相關的索賠，對您的總責任不超過您在索賠前三個月向 Visora 支付的費用。我們不對間接、附帶、後果性或懲罰性損害賠償負責，包括收入損失、資料損失或商業機會損失。
10. 彌償
您同意彌償並使 Visora 及其高級人員、僱員及代理人免受因您使用本服務、違反本條款或侵犯任何第三方權利而引起的任何索賠、損害或費用（包括合理法律費用）的損害。
11. 終止
任何一方均可隨時終止本協議。終止後，您對本服務的存取將停止，我們將按照我們的私隱政策處理您的資料。第5、8、9、10及12條在終止後繼續有效。
12. 適用法律及爭議
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。因本條款引起的任何爭議均受香港特別行政區法院的專屬管轄。在提起正式法律程序前，請先聯絡我們嘗試非正式解決：info@visoraco.com。
13. 條款變更
我們可能不時更新本條款。重大變更將於生效前至少 14 天透過電郵或應用程式內通知告知您。在生效日期後繼續使用本服務即表示您接受修訂後的條款。
