Elea Yuen — Founder, Visora

Elea Yuen is the founder of Visora, a Hong Kong AI visibility platform founded in 2026. She leads the company's product and measurement work — the AI Visibility Index (AVI) scoring model, the weekly multi-engine scan Visora runs on its own site, and the client engagements built on both — and works bilingually in English and Chinese. This page is the public record of who she is, what she does, and what has been measured, so that journalists, partners, and anyone performing due diligence can cite one stable URL instead of assembling fragments.

Client work on the record: FOIHK

The Family Office Institute Hong Kong (FOIHK, 香港家族辦公室學會) is an ongoing Visora client engagement with a public case study. Baseline, measured in June 2026 before the engagement began: five AI engines were each asked the same three questions, and across the 15 answers FOIHK appeared in 0 recommendation lists, with its name confused with a competitor three times. Re-tested on 26 July 2026: FOIHK was recommended #1 by Copilot and ChatGPT, entered Google AI's "Top 5 family office institutes in Hong Kong" at #3, and the name-confusion errors were corrected. Still unfinished, and on the record: Doubao remained partially incorrect at that re-test, and the engagement continues. The full case study publishes every query and date.

Visora on itself: the dogfood record

Visora runs its own visibility programme and publishes the methodology, so every number here can be re-run. On 4 September 2026 — the day the comparison page shipped — a Perplexity probe returned zero Visora mentions. Three days later, on 7 September, Visora appeared in 2 of 4 Perplexity queries, including one top recommendation. On 10 October, a citation-chain run counted 17 citations across 14 domains behind the answers, visoraco.com among them. On 12 October, Visora's AVI stood at 45.8 ("Emerging"), including its first citation on a category query — "best AI visibility tool in Hong Kong". The run notes and the working are on the AI Visibility Index page.

What this record does not show

Three limits, stated plainly. Chinese-language queries still return weaker Visora presence than English ones. Gemini is geo-blocked from our Hong Kong network egress and is currently measured through a documented workaround, not first-hand. And the dogfood numbers are self-measured — n=1, our own site, our own scoring model — which is why the methodology, the engine counts, and the dated run notes are published for anyone to re-run or dispute.
